Vegan Cream Cheese - (K)

This cheese is very easy to make right from first time and is very delicious. Even non-vegans love it.

Just put into blender all below ingredients and blend on low power. The mix will be thick. You will need to often pause blender and push mix from walls of the cup to the center.


1 lbs (450 gm) of firm tofu

2 Tbsp of soy sauce (or any milk, or water after tofu)

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

2 Tbsp of coconut oil

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp white miso paste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dill
