Very light, simple, easy, healthy and yummy cookies for breakfast or snack, with only 3 ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350F (180C). It is very important to put cookies into already hot oven. They don't turn out right if you put them in before oven reaches to right temperature.
2 ripe bananas. Best is when they already start having dark spots on skin.
1,5 cup of oat flakes
1/2 of any nuts
Mix all well with spoon and put small portions on baking paper, forming cookies. Bake for 15-25 minutes, according to how soft of crispy you like the to be. You can make these with your kids or when need to have a quick snack.
