Takes not more than 10 minutes to prepare and 23-25 minutes baking on 325F. I used everything in 1/2 to make the number of donuts you see on the pictures. If you use the recipe as is you will have 2 times more.
1 1/3 cups almond flour
2/3 cup coconut flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Any egg substitute equaled to 4 eggs
3/4 cup almond milk or other milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
I used mixer on slower setting to beat until well blended. but hand beating will be just fine.
Bake on wax paper. You do not have to shape them into donuts. You can just use a spoon and form cookies or make them as mini cupcakes.
Bake for 23-25 minutes on 325F or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Cool for about 15 minutes then carefully (using spatula) remove from the pan to finish cooling. They get firmer when cool down and are very easy to fall apart when very hot, That's why you need to give them time to cool down. You can make frosting for them or any other decor. I simply sprinkled them with cinnamon sugar and sent back in oven for another 3 minutes.
